ALL INCLUSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM
Cost: $2,300 / month
What’s included:
Training:
- Unlimited lessons or Horizons East (herein after HE) rides
- Lessons available Tuesday-Saturday
- Turnout and/or walker (weather permitting) 6 days a week
- Tacking/untacking for the owners needed (Has to be prearranged so staff can be available)
- Overseeing, managing and organizing Veterinarian, Blacksmith, Chiropractor, Dentist, etc.
- Organizing of Horse Show Competitions: Transport, board at show and overall care of your horse/pony during the event.
Board Details
- Feeding: Customized plan per horse/pony need
- Staff at facility 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
- Automatic fly system (non-toxic) that operates hourly for the comfort and health of horses and customers
- Use of the facility
- Providing and dispensing of grain, vitamins and standard supplements and bran
- Additional supplements may be recommended for the owner to purchase.
- Wrapping and caring for injuries (supplies will be billed by HE or the veterinarian)
- Basic supplies: Shampoo, saddle soap, fly spray, brushes, towels
- Daily use of the Euro-Sizer (walker), 30 minutes daily.
Additional Services:
- Mane & Tail clipping billed directly
- Body clipping billed separately
- Blanketing 7 days a week based on weather conditions
BILLING
- Owners will be billed on the 1stof each month. Payment is late after the 5thand a 15% late fee will be added to the bill.
- Owners with a debt exceeding 45 days will NOT be allowed to show or take lessons until the outstanding debt is paid.
- Before coming into the barn, a stall deposit is required, and the condition of the stall will be taken into consideration for the amount refunded.
- Quarterly Facility Fee Prices vary due to improvements.
- Hay Delivery Surcharge when applicable.
- HE charges a 15% commission for any sale or lease.
REHAB PROGRAM
Cost: $1,385 / month
For horses that cannot be ridden and are in need of hand walking, turnout, euro walker and general assistance from the HE personnel. Wrapping, icing, magnetic blanket and Game Ready ice machine available for use. Additional fee for service.
Long Term Rehab may be referred to outside service.
If a lesson horse is available during the rehab, lessons can be given for $25 per
