We celebrated both my daughters’ birthdays at Horizons East.  Everyone had a great time (from grooming to riding to the fun in the party room).  Sam and Keeley were both wonderful and very easy to work with.  Our guest count increased and they didn’t have any issues with it.  They suggested and extra pony for the amount of kids we had and it turned out perfect.  We never felt rushed to be out of there at an exact time, which was nice.  Great facility, great staff and a great party!  Thanks Samantha & Keeley!   –Julie B., Livermore, CA

My daughter loves riding horses here.  Not only she’s taught how to ride horse properly and the right way, everyone here is so nice and friendly. We’ve been coming here for last few years and it’s been one of the best thing for my daughter. One of the owner Sam is the great trainer and really brings out the best in each rider. We won a prize at Club Sport Pleasanton redeemable for a 1 hour Riding Lesson for 4. My daughters invited 2 of their friends and we made our way on this Saturday afternoon. We went to try a few ponies at Horizons East and were pleasantly surprised! The facility is exactly what horses like, and friendly staff and clients were there to help us. The trainers are knowledgeable and true horsewomen. I grew up riding and showing hunters/jumpers in a wonderful barn that was my “second home”.  After a long break from riding, it was time to get back in the saddle.  I knew what I was looking for, and finally found it at Horizons East! It’s my new “second home”.  The trainers are professional, highly experienced, and fun to ride with. They see every riders’ individual needs, and know how to give instruction to get you to that next level. The care the horses receive is second to none. The individualized feeding schedules, and daily turn outs keep all their horses happy and healthy. Every precaution is taken to keep them sound and fit. Safety was a concern for me too, as my daughter wanted to take up riding as well. I knew right away that this was the place for her to start. It was obvious that she would get a proper start to her riding and understanding of horse care, here at Horisons East.  The facility offers everything I could hope for, is well run, and beautifully maintained. I recently started taking lessons at Horizons East. I rode a lot as a teenager, and have come back to it after raising my kids, and I was anxious about how I would do after such a long break!  I have nothing but great things to say about Horizons East. The instructors are fabulous. They started right at the very beginning, helping me re-learn all I had forgotten. The horses are very well trained, and are so very gentle.
